At Hario, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium glassware and coffee equipment. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Hario box and protective padding to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
